UK’S best bike spots

This competition is part of Devitt’s Keep Britain Biking campaign and aims to find the UK’s hidden gems. From the ideal winding road, to the friendliest dealers, most welcoming bed and breakfast and the best biker pubs, put them forward to be in with a chance of winning a dream biking holiday.

To enter, simply visit www.keepbritainbiking.com and mark your top biking spots on the Biking Intel page before 30 July. Devitt and MCN will then shortlist the 10 best destinations and these will go through to the final voting stage.

“Bikers enjoy the freedom of two wheels, which means they get to visit the hidden gems of the UK,” says William Hughes, Managing Director of Devitt Insurance Services. “This competition gives us a chance to gather a list of the best biking Britain has to offer and compile an atlas of the hot spots and key destinations.”

The lucky winner will enjoy a biking tour with a professional guide from Extra Mile Bike Tours, leading them down the best roads and through the finest scenery. At the end of each day, the winners will stay at one of a selection of three and four star hotels, depending on the itinerary they choose.

Voting for the final 10 begins on 8 August, with the winning destination being the one with the most votes at midnight on 10 September. The winner of the holiday will be the one who nominated that destination or chosen at random if more than one entrant has nominated the same location.
