Spanish postal service scooters

Hi Mau,
Further to the Spanish postal service Vespas pictured in issues 79 and 80, I thought readers would be interested in this photograph.
Repairs on the move
While in Can Picafort, Majorca, I spotted a van sitting outside the local Post Office. The van belonged to a mobile scooter mechanic employed by the Spanish Postal Service to take care of their scooters. I was able to make out that the Piaggio Liberty 125 was now a more familiar sight to be seen decked out in the postal services bright yellow paint job, although there was a forlorn looking PX in the back of the van.
I presume that the Liberty had taken the place of the PX when production finished in 2008, but now the new PX has arrived, this may change in the future – let’s hope so.
