Unfortunately, I didn't make it to EuroLambretta in Spain this year. But the reports coming back to me indicate a mixed reaction to the event.
EuroVespa 2010

The calm before the storm

I know that no one can control the weather and it was just unfortunate that the bad weather struck when it did. Tales of people's tents being washed away and of other accommodation being flooded, are to be expected under the circumstances, I suppose.

However, what surprised me was some of the other tales that have now fed back to me. Stories of scooters being stolen; a tale about one scooterist being stopped by Police on the motorway and receiving a spot fine and when he told them, he didn't have any money left after spending it all at the rally, they just asked him what he had on him and took that instead.

It all sounds a bit dodgy to me, but it has led me to wonder what other experiences scooterists had concerning EuroLambretta? Why don't you let us know?
