As these pictures (taken at the Mallory Park Practice Day) show, the British Scooter Sport Organisation is gearing up for another action-packed race season. With several 2011 championship-winning competitors not taking part this season, it looks as though there's going to be plenty of jostling out on the grid. Isle of Wight International Scooter Rally 2010

Despite bad weather in the week leading up to this year's Isle of Wight Scooter Rally, the weather over the weekend itself improved, providing scooterists with near perfect rally weather. During the Sunday rideout, it did rain for around five minutes, but this did nothing to dampen the scooterist spirit.

The Wolds Run 2010
4 May 2010.
The 2010 Wolds Run took place on Saturday 5 May at the East Kirkby Heritage Aviation Centre. The ride commenced just after the official start time of 10am and wound its way through the Lincolnshire Wolds, stopping for a mid-ride break at The Green Man, Scamblesby, before continuing through the countryside and back to the Aviation Heritage Centre. Back at the base, riders had time to enjoy a variety of refreshments and just had time to buy their last raffle tickets prior to the event results being announced.
